EDU Link Juice

Edu links work no differently than any other purchased link, other than that they carry the trust score of whatever institution they come from. What does that mean? You have probably purchased links before from site that are PR5 or even higher, but have they been from a site whose core page is a PR7, PR8, or PR9? Further, have you gotten any links from sites that date from before the invention of SEO? Sure, an edu site is no different than any other, but it is the hallmark of old, established, and non-commercial site that should make you salivate.
